Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although they could have been cleaned more regularly. The staff was welcoming and made the experience pleasant, but the service lacked some essential hotel features. While the location offered some nice views, it wasn't the most appealing area. Dining was quite poor, especially for a place that claims to be five stars, which was disappointing.
I had a great time at this hotel situated beautifully in the breathtaking Ehden Valley. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, although I found that they weren't cleaned as regularly as I would have liked. The service was mostly friendly, with a special shoutout to Rayane and Boutros who were exceptional in helping us. Although the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast, I still enjoyed my overall stay and found it to be quite a good value for money.
This hotel provided a wonderfully relaxing experience, with spacious, clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa facilities were a highlight, offering a serene escape after a long day. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, which was a letdown given the upscale nature of the hotel. While I enjoyed my stay overall, I expected a bit more variety in the meals offered.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have some really good points, but also some areas that could use improvement. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views that made the experience unforgettable. The service was quite professional and attentive, which I appreciated during my stay. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired as I expected more variety considering the price I paid. The rooms, while comfortable, had limited amenities and the towels could use some upgrading.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a cozy and modern atmosphere. The standout features were the immaculate rooms and it's perfect if you want easy access to nearby attractions. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and there could definitely be improvements in service regarding basic requests. Overall, it was worth the price I paid, but there are areas that could use some attention.
